I primarily work by referral, most of my business is derived by referrals from family, friends & past customers.  Because I work through referrals I am focused on providing my clients with the top notch service they expect and deserve. I've sold million dollar plus properties and I've sold $5,000 lots and strive to treat everyone the same regardless!  My main focus is on communication with my clients, I've learned if you are not communicating clearly you will not have satisfied clients. As a Broker with previous Appraisal experience, I specialize in pricing property right for both my Buyers and Sellers.

As a proud, lifelong resident, I often feel like an Ambassador of the Madison area.  I believe nobody "Knows" Dane County like I do.  I consider myself to be a greater Madison area specialist.  I am married with adult 3 daughters, 2 grandchildren and currently live just north of Madison in the Town of Vienna.  We have owned numerous homes, condominiums, rental properties, vacation rentals and "flipped" a few homes as well.  My family actively volunteers time or assist in the community with fund raising for the Henry Vilas Zoo, I've coached youth baseball / softball, soccer & basketball and truly enjoy almost all sports.  I served 5 years on the East Madison Little League Board of Directors.  I established a fast pitch club / organization for high school age girls in the area and I have and started & developed a competitive fast pitch league in southern Wisconsin for girls 10-18 years old since 2010, when I turned the league over there were 65  teams.  My main passion outside of real estate is fishing anytime, any where!!
